That is why we, at Strategic, recommend one of our maintenance packages to ensure that you are supported when your system doesn't work as expected. We include a one-year package as part of our standard warranty with every new system. You can renew this warranty with one of the three plans to extend the life of your system. The Silver package is our basic package offering. It includes up to 15 hours of support labor (via phone, remote access, and on-site labor) per year. Enjoy a 5% discount on any parts ordered for your system and 10% off regular labor rates after the first 15 hours. Remote network, power monitoring, and troubleshooting are hardware dependent. This plan offers an annual system inspection and camera systems management.
The Gold package is our most popular package. It includes up to 25 hour of support labor (via phone, remote access, and on-site labor) per year. Enjoy a 10% discount on parts and regular labor rates after 25 hours. Remote network, power monitoring, and troubleshooting are hardware dependent. This plan offers the same services as the Silver plan including: control system management.
The Platinum package is our most exclusive package. It includes up to 40 hours of support labor (via phone, remote access, and on-site labor) per year. Enjoy a 15% discount on parts and regular rates after 40 hours. This plan offers the same services as the Gold plan including: security system monitoring.
